Can lifting weights while doing brain games sharpen the aging mind?
NCT ID NCT07278141
Summary
This study aims to see if combining strength training with mental tasks (like memory games) is better than strength training alone for improving physical function, thinking skills, and eye movement control in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will compare three groups: one doing strength exercises with brain games, one doing strength exercises only, and a control group receiving standard care. The goal is to find a better way to help maintain independence and brain health in aging.
