First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised exercise program can improve balance and mobility in older adults who have moderate narrowing of the carotid artery (50-69% blockage) but no stroke symptoms. About 50 participants will do aerobic and balance exercises to see if their walking and stability get better. The goal is to reduce falls and help people stay independent.
