Back pain relief: which exercise works better?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better for people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. Researchers will compare an 8-week program of moderate-load eccentric core exercises to a Pilates program. They will measure changes in pain, back flexibility, and core muscle endurance in 44 participants.
