First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares two types of exercise—energy conservation techniques and circuit training—to see which better reduces shortness of breath, improves physical ability, and boosts quality of life in people with asthma. Researchers will enroll 32 adults with mild-to-moderate asthma. Participants will be assigned to one of the two exercise programs and monitored for changes in breathing and daily function.
