NCT ID NCT07481279
Summary
This study tested whether a specific exercise program could help teens with mild to moderate scoliosis. 24 participants aged 12-18 followed a routine combining scoliosis-specific movements with strength training for their arms and legs. Researchers measured changes in muscle strength, flexibility, posture, and breathing before and after the program to see if it improved their physical condition.
