Summary

This study tested whether a 14-week exercise program could improve strength, body composition, and movement ability in active women over 65. Forty participants were divided into a group that did the special exercises and a group that continued their usual activities. Researchers measured changes in fitness and movement quality before and after the program to see if the combined training made a difference.
