Summary

This study looked at how regular exercise changes certain blood markers related to oxidative stress in healthy young women aged 18-25. Researchers compared 15 women who exercised regularly for at least a year with 15 women who did not exercise. They measured two markers in the blood to see if exercise helps the body handle oxidative stress better.
