Summary
This study looked at whether doing resistance or flexibility exercises while receiving hemodialysis can help patients feel better and improve their health. 49 adults on regular dialysis were split into groups: one did resistance exercises, one did flexibility exercises, and one received usual care. The researchers measured changes in dialysis effectiveness and quality of life before and after the exercise period.
