First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing specific exercises during regular dialysis sessions can help people with kidney failure move around more easily and be more independent. 56 adults on long-term dialysis were split into groups that did back and breathing exercises or just received usual care. The results showed that those who exercised could walk farther and had better mobility after the program.
