Summary

This study looks at whether using a blood flow restriction cuff during exercise can help reduce pain in people with rotator cuff-related shoulder pain. 30 adults will try four different exercise routines with varying cuff pressures to see which works best for pain relief. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to ease shoulder pain during movement.
