Summary
This study tests whether a 6-month exercise program combining resistance and aerobic training can improve quality of life in 74 early-stage breast cancer patients taking hormone therapy. Participants are split into an exercise group or a standard care group. The goal is to see if exercise reduces treatment-related symptoms and improves overall well-being.
