Summary
This study looks at how exercise affects blood pressure and gut bacteria in African Americans, who often have high blood pressure and poor gut health. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure and gut microbes in 36 sedentary adults aged 30-50. The goal is to see if exercise can improve both blood pressure and gut health together.
