New hope for kidney cancer patients whose first treatment stopped working

Summary
This study tests a new drug called zanzalintinib, alone or with an immunotherapy (nivolumab), in people with advanced kidney cancer that got worse after standard first treatment. About 70 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
