Summary
This study tested an experimental drug, EVO301, in 71 adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The goal was to see if the drug safely reduces skin redness, thickness, and itch. Participants received either EVO301 or a placebo, and doctors measured changes in skin severity over time.
