Summary
This study looks at whether a smartphone app called EviBody, which gives personalized tips for healthy eating and exercise, can improve well-being and mental health in adults. About 1,500 people who use the app will be compared to a general population group over 24 months. The goal is to see if the app helps people feel better and stick with healthy habits.
