First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called EVER001 in 45 adults with three types of kidney disease: FSGS, minimal change disease, and IgA nephropathy. Participants take the drug twice daily for a year to see if it reduces protein in the urine and is safe. The drug works on immune pathways without directly affecting T cells or depleting B cells.
