Summary
This study tests a new way to personalize treatment for people with HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer. A special test (HARPS) analyzes the tumor to see if it will respond to certain drugs. Based on the results, patients receive a tailored treatment plan before surgery. The goal is to improve the chance of eliminating the cancer while reducing unnecessary side effects.
