Summary

This study talks to adults from Asian, Black African, Black Caribbean, or Mixed ethnic backgrounds about their experiences with healthcare delivered at home or in community centres. The goal is to understand what makes it easier or harder for them to use these services. In a second phase, the study will also interview people who provide fall prevention programs to learn how to better serve ethnic minorities.
