Summary
This study tests two treatments—essential phospholipid and betaine HCL/L-glutamic acid—in 200 adults with metabolic fatty liver disease (MAFLD). The goal is to see which one reduces liver fat more effectively. Participants must be over 18 and diagnosed with fatty liver, but cannot be pregnant, have cancer, type 1 diabetes, or be on certain other medications.
