Summary
This study looks at whether inhaling essential oils can help healthy adults feel less stressed and more relaxed. About 200 people will either smell an essential oil or a placebo during a stressful task and a relaxation session. Researchers will measure heart rate and stress levels to see if the oils make a difference. This is an exploratory study and is not meant to treat or prevent any medical condition.
