New drug cocktail aims to shrink esophageal tumors in First-Line fight

Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of drugs (SYS6010 and SG001), with or without standard chemotherapy, can shrink tumors and help people with advanced esophageal cancer live longer. About 737 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to find a more effective first-line option for this serious disease.
