First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether tracking tumor DNA in the blood (ctDNA) can help doctors decide the best treatment for people with advanced esophageal cancer. About 30 participants will receive a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy, followed by radiation and chemo. The goal is to see if ctDNA changes can predict how well the treatment works and improve survival.
