Summary
This study aims to find the right dose of a drug called esketamine to manage pain during a procedure that uses heat to destroy liver tumors. Researchers want to see if esketamine can work well enough to avoid using strong opioid painkillers, which can have side effects like breathing problems. The study will first find the effective dose and then test its safety in 79 patients.
