First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether an ergonomics program can reduce work-related muscle and joint pain in dental healthcare workers in Dubai. About 110 participants from three government hospitals will be split into two groups: one receives the ergonomics training and changes, the other continues as usual. Researchers will measure pain, mental health, and physical activity before, right after, and three months after the program to see if it helps.
