Exercise test may reveal hidden risks in flu patients
NCT ID NCT07007377
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a simple exercise test (ergometric test) can help doctors understand how well patients with flu-like symptoms will recover. Researchers measured blood pressure and heart responses during exercise in 62 adults, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, and followed them for 30 days. The goal was to see if the test could predict complications or recovery patterns better than standard checks alone.
