First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining different chemotherapy drugs can better eliminate leftover leukemia cells in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) before they receive a stem cell transplant. About 184 participants will receive either standard treatment or one of three drug combinations. The goal is to see if these combinations lead to a deeper remission and improve long-term outcomes.
