Summary
This study tests if combining different chemotherapy drugs can better eliminate leftover leukemia cells in adults aged 18-59 before they receive a stem cell transplant. Participants will receive one of four treatment plans, including standard care or newer combinations. The goal is to achieve a deeper remission and improve long-term outcomes.
