New pain cocktail cuts hospital stays for gallbladder surgery patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a special pain management plan (called ERAS) can reduce pain, shorten hospital stays, and lower the need for strong painkillers after gallbladder removal surgery. About 120 adults having planned gallbladder surgery will be split into two groups: one gets the new pain plan, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if the new approach leads to a smoother, faster recovery.
