Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ERAS-0015 in people with advanced solid tumors that have certain RAS mutations. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable when given alone or with other treatments. About 200 adults will participate. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
