New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer
NCT ID NCT07497165
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called Epunamin to a standard chemotherapy regimen (DECP) can help control multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to previous treatments. The trial will enroll 48 adults with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma to see how well the combination works and how safe it is in real-world hospital settings. Researchers will measure how many patients respond to treatment and how long those responses last.
