First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests an online platform designed to help teenagers from low-income backgrounds eat better, move more, and sit less. About 1,000 students from six schools in Central Catalonia will take part, with half using the platform and half continuing as usual. Researchers will measure changes in physical activity, diet, and well-being to see if the program works and is worth the cost.
