First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026
Summary
This study tests an online platform designed to help teenagers from low-income backgrounds eat better, move more, and sit less. About 1000 students aged 11-16 from six schools in Central Catalonia will take part. Half will use the platform, and the other half will continue as usual. Researchers will measure changes in physical activity, diet, and well-being to see if the program works.
