Summary
This study tests a new drug, EPN-701, for calciphylaxis, a rare condition causing painful skin sores with no approved treatment. About 60 adults with moderate to severe pain will receive the drug to see if it reduces pain and shrinks sores. The goal is to gather safety and effectiveness data to plan a larger, definitive trial.
