This study tested two medicines, ephedrine and norepinephrine, to treat low blood pressure in 70 healthy women having planned C-sections under spinal anesthesia. The goal was to see which drug better prevents blood pressure drops and keeps both mother and baby safe. Results help doctors choose the best treatment during surgery.
