First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, epcoritamab and loncastuximab tesirine, is safe and effective for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 26 adults will receive the drug combination, and researchers will monitor tumor shrinkage and side effects like cytokine release syndrome and liver toxicity. The goal is to find a better option for patients who have few remaining treatments.
