New hope for CLL patients: drug combo aims to wipe out hidden cancer cells

NCT ID NCT07108998

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug epcoritamab after standard treatment can make chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) disappear more completely. About 22 adults who have already received at least 12 months of targeted therapy will get epcoritamab alongside their current medication. The goal is to see if this approach can clear even the smallest traces of cancer, with safety closely monitored.
