Summary
This study looked at whether taking fish oil supplements (EPA and DHA) for four weeks could help people with COPD build more muscle when they eat protein. 64 adults with moderate to severe COPD took part. Researchers measured muscle protein building using special isotope methods before and after the supplement period.
