New pill hopes to tame advanced cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental oral drug called EP102 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand how the drug works in the body. About 48 participants with specific cancer types will take part.
