New hope for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study is for people with advanced breast cancer that is triple-negative or has low estrogen receptors and tests positive for androgen receptors. It compares two experimental treatments—enzalutamide alone or with mifepristone—against standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see which approach works better at slowing cancer growth. About 201 participants will be enrolled.
