Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug envafolimab to standard chemotherapy helps people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery. About 390 participants will receive either envafolimab plus chemo or a placebo plus chemo before and after surgery. The goal is to see if the drug combination reduces tumor size and delays cancer return.
