First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called Envafolimab in people with advanced solid tumors that have a high number of genetic mutations (TMB-H). The goal is to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and to find the best way to measure mutation levels. About 126 adults who have tried at least one standard treatment without success will take part. The drug is given alone, and researchers will compare results between those with high and low mutation levels.
