Summary

This study tests whether giving a combination of envafolimab (an immunotherapy) and two chemotherapy drugs before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with locally advanced esophageal cancer. About 26 adults with operable disease will receive the treatment and then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left in the removed tissue.
