Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called ENV-101 (Taladegib) in 20 people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (PTCH1 mutation). The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and to check for side effects. Participants had cancers that did not respond to other treatments.
