New hope for advanced breast cancer: drug combo aims to halt tumor growth

Summary

This study tests whether adding entinostat to fulvestrant can help control advanced breast cancer in people whose disease has worsened after standard hormone therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors. About 50 women aged 18-75 with HR+/HER2- cancer will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
