Summary
This study tests a new medicine called ENP-501 for people with peanut allergies. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps people tolerate more peanut protein without having an allergic reaction. The study includes 68 people aged 14 to 50, some with peanut allergy and some without. Participants will receive either ENP-501 or a placebo, and their reactions will be monitored closely.
