Video training boosts student Physios' Danger-Spotting skills
NCT ID NCT07484295
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether video-based training can help physiotherapy students better identify serious medical conditions, like fractures or infections, that need a doctor's referral. About 400 bachelor students will watch videos of patient cases and decide if each is an emergency, safe for physiotherapy, or needs monitoring. The goal is to improve how future physiotherapists are taught to screen for hidden dangers, ultimately making patient care safer.
