Summary
This trial tests a personalized therapy where a patient's own immune cells are engineered to recognize and attack cancer. Up to 100 adults with various cancers whose tumors show specific markers can join. The goal is to check safety and whether the cells can shrink tumors, but ongoing monitoring is needed.
