Summary
This study tested three different doses of a hormone-releasing intrauterine device (IUD) against a standard copper IUD for birth control. 84 healthy women who had given birth at least once took part. The goal was to see how safe and acceptable the new IUDs were, and how they affected vaginal bleeding.
