NCT ID NCT07422077

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a non-invasive technique called Energy Resonance by Skin Stimulation (ERCS) to see if it lowers stress in patients recovering in a rehabilitation unit after a hospital ICU stay. The approach uses gentle touch on specific skin points, based on traditional Chinese medicine. Researchers will measure stress levels before and after two sessions, one week apart, in 38 adult patients.
