Summary
This study looks at how different energy drink recipes affect alertness in healthy adults. Participants will drink formulas with 120 mg of caffeine plus varying amounts of taurine and B vitamins, then report how alert they feel over five hours. The goal is to see which combination works best for staying sharp during mental tasks.
